All return items must receive with in 10-Day's after (RMA) issue, in their original packaging with all original accessories .  If any part(s) of the unit is missing, you will be charge for the replacement of the parts.  All units must be shipped together with a copy of Invoice or Packing slip in their original box.  All physical (case) damage is not cover by warranty.
